Online orders have 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Purchases made in store must be returned within 10 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for a $7.95 restocking fee per pair.
To start a return, please contact us at returns@hansenshoes.com. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will also not be accepted. If your shoes are damaged, worn, or don't have original packaging, we will either send you back your shoes or you will only receive a 50% refund.
All socks are non refundable.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the $7.95 restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or free gifts. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you need a different size or would like to exchange for another style, please contact us at returns@hansenshoes.com with your order # and the details of your exchange request. We will send a return shipping label and, once we receive your return, we process the exchange. While we wait for your return, we will reserve the exchange pair for 14 days. It's important to us that you find the perfect fit so we will waive all shipping and restocking fees for your first exchange.
We offer two types of shipping, Economy and Express.
Economy shipping costs $10. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped with UPS Ground Advantage or similar. Estimated shipping time is 4-6 days.
Express shipping costs $25. Your order has priority processing (1 business day or less) and will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail or similar. Estimated shipping time is 1-2 days.
International orders are subject to Duties and Custom Fees which are typically due at the time of delivery. We recommend looking into any applicable fees for your country prior to placing an order. We do not collect any Duties and Customs Fees and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay directly to the shipping carrier or local government. Please remember that all international orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Our online office is open Monday through Friday 10 A.M. - 5 P.M. Our office is closed on the weekends. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out Monday.
Some products may have the option to pre-order despite being currently out of stock. Pre-orders are typically fulfilled within 5-7 business days. Our warehouse is either expecting a shipment to arrive soon or we may special order your item directly from the Brand partner.
If you don't see an item you're looking for, we always receive regular shipments. Be sure to keep an eye out on our items as we update it daily.
You may receive a pending charge if any information other than the card number itself is incorrect. This pending charge should be returned to your card within 1-2 business days depending on your bank.
