How to Use the New UGG Cleaner & Protector System

1. Start with a clean, dry surface. Before applying any product, gently brush off loose dirt or debris with a soft suede brush (or toothbrush if you don’t have a brush).

2. Clean & Condition (if needed)

- Dampen the surface lightly with a clean, damp sponge (don’t saturate).

- Apply the Cleaner & Conditioner to the sponge (not directly onto the material).

- Gently rub in circular or back-and-forth motions, focusing on stained or soiled areas.Rinse the sponge, wipe away residue, and let the item dry naturally (no heat, no sunlight) for 24 hours.

- After dry, re-fluff the nap with a suede brush.

Note: Some UGG styles, like the Classic II, come pretreated and may not need cleaning as soon. UGG recommends waiting for about 6 months before cleaning these.

3. Apply Protector

- Shake the Protector spray well.

- Hold the bottle about 6 inches from the item and spray evenly—wetting the surface but not soaking it.
